Immaculate Odwera

Kenya

Immaculate Odwera is an IT and IP Law expert with extensive knowledge in AI policy and governance. She serves as an associate at Stradforf Venture Partners, leading their legal team on matters Technology Law, and holds the position of Team Lead at the Center for AI and Digital Policy in Washington. In her role at CAIDP, she contributes to various core activities, with a focus on global AI frameworks and the publication of the  prestigious  annual Artificial Intelligence and Democratic Values Index (AIDV).

Matthias C. Kettemann

Austria

Matthias C. Kettemann is Inaugural Professor of Innovation, Theory and Philosophy of Law and head of the Department for Theory and Future of Law at the University of Innsbruck, Austria. An expert on the rules of power and the power of rules in online spaces he leads research programmes at the Humboldt Institute for Internet and Society, Berlin, and the Leibniz Institute for Media ResearchHamburg and regularly advises national ministries and international organizations on AI governance.

Théophile Lenoir

France

Théophile Lenoir led Institut Montaigne’s research program on digital issues from 2017 to 2021. During the 2022 French presidential elections, he co-directed for Luminate the report of the French Online Election Integrity Watchgroup. He is now a PhD candidate at the University of Milan, and a guest PHD candidate at the Sciences Po medialab.

Flavia Durach

Romania

Flavia Durach, PhD, is Associate Professor at the College of Communication and Public Relations, National University for Political Studies and Public Administration, Bucharest, and the coordinator of the MA in  Digital Communication and Innovation. She has extensive knowledge on countering online disinformation, strategic communication, the impact of the digital platforms in society, and EU attitudes. In recent years, she was involved in a number of national and international projects dedicated to designing policy recommendations for countering online disinformation, funded by the European Commission, GMF, and the NATO Public Diplomacy Programmes.

Emily Tucker

United States

Emily Tucker is the Executive Director at the Center on Privacy & Technology at Georgetown Law, where she is also an adjunct professor of law. Emily joined the Center after serving as a Teaching Fellow and Supervising Attorney in the Federal Legislation Clinic at the Law Center. Before coming to Georgetown, Emily worked for ten years as a movement lawyer, supporting grassroots groups to organize, litigate, and legislate against the criminalization and surveillance of poor communities and communities of color.

Gyan Prakash Tripathi

India

Gyan Prakash Tripathi is a lawyer, technology policy researcher and digital rights advocate based in New Delhi, India. He is committed to the goal of using constitutional values and human rights principles for the principle-based development of technology for public welfare. Currently, he is a Fellow with SFLC.in and also works with several Members of the Indian Parliament in varying capacities.
